Life Elevated Therapy is a participating Medicare provider. Our rehab program is designed to assist Medicare, insured and uninsured individuals with maximizing their ability to function independently following a neurologic, vestibular or traumatic events.

Initial Evaulation
1 hr 30 min | $150
On your first visit to the clinic, your therapist will conduct an evaluation of your problem. This process usually lasts between 60-90 minutes. The evaluation is necessary to create a program designed specifically to address your needs & goals for a full recovery.
Neuro Rehab Session
60 min | $120
Specialized neurologic therapy session for those with brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, balance impairment, history of falls, and other neuro related complications. The therapy session will utilize blending scientifically backed rehab protocols with the patient’s real-life activities to deliver better results during the recovery journey and into the future.
General Rehab Session
60 min | $120

Vestibular Rehab Session
60 min | $120
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy is a specialized form of therapy intended to alleviate both the primary and secondary problems caused by vestibular disorders. It is an exercise-based program primarily designed to reduce vertigo and dizziness, gaze instability, and/or imbalance and falls.
